A short story about a bull that got loose at the rodeo. That bull was out for blood. He chased people if he saw one and no one could get him cornered. They called the cops for help.
The Calvary arrived and attempted to help corral the bull but he would have nothing to do with going back into the pen. They finally got him in an area they could drive him towards the corral. Once he realized where he was going he became enraged and would chase the officers and crew everywhere. Up over the fence, under the fence, through the fence the people would climb.
Finally one officer decided he had enough. When the bull turned around and came charging down the fence line and people ran everywhere he stood his ground. He faced the bull and yep, he pepper sprayed him right in the eyes. That bull was enraged, bellowing and blowing but they were able to get him in the pen.
Someone asked him “did you really think that was going to make the bull sweet?” He said “no, but it was going to make him where he couldn’t see me good”
Bull back in the pen, madder then a wet hen but he was in there and no one was hurt.
