pepper spray post

A person commented on the pepper spray incident about it being painful to get sprayed. Well in our department if you carried a tazer gun you also had to be shot with it so you would know how it felt before you could carry one.  In fact one time the Sgt. used his tazer on someone and went to reload because the guy did not go down and tazed himself...It was hard not to laugh right in front of the suspect...suspect arrested without further ado
